Introduction

InnovationBox - INBO Tasarim ve Danismanlik LTD (“InnovationBox,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent app studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you use our apps, including ImaginePad, our website at innovationbox.com, and our related services and communications (together, the “Services”).

Some apps have their own privacy policy with details specific to that app. Where an app’s own policy differs from this one, the app’s policy applies to that app. For example, the ImaginePad Privacy Policy covers ImaginePad in more detail.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services or technologies, even if they are reachable through our Services.

1. Information we collect and do not collect

Our apps do not require account registration, and we do not ask for personal identifiers such as your name, email address or account credentials in order to use them. Depending on the app and the features you use, the following may be collected or processed:

• User Content: text prompts, drawings, audio, uploaded photographs (which may show identifiable people) and the outputs our apps create from them.
• Anonymous usage data: anonymized analytics, for example through Apple App Analytics and Amplitude, that help us understand how our apps are used. This data does not directly identify you.
• Device and technical data: standard information such as device type, operating system version and app performance data.
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.

Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not ask you for personal information.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the features of our apps; to process User Content with AI services so the app can create what you asked for; to maintain, debug and improve our Services; to understand anonymized usage patterns; and to answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Data retention

User Content is processed to complete the operation you requested and is not kept on our servers longer than technically necessary, unless an app clearly tells you otherwise (for example, when you choose to save or share your work). Anonymized analytics may be kept for a reasonable period to improve our apps. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you. Third-party providers may keep data according to their own policies.

4. Third-party services

Our apps rely on third-party services for some features. These may include AI providers such as OpenAI and Fal.ai, which process prompts, drawings and photographs to generate outputs, and analytics providers such as Apple App Analytics and Amplitude. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple, and we never receive or store your payment details. We do not control how these providers handle data, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

5. Children and families

Our apps are made for families. They are intended to be used by adults, and children may use them under the active supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any content the child submits, including photographs. We do not knowingly collect personal data that directly identifies children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us without an adult’s supervision, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

6. Content safety

We use content filtering and moderation to help keep what our apps create appropriate for all ages. No automated system is perfect, so we encourage adults to review what is created in our apps.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete data related to your use of our Services, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not keep user accounts or personal identifiers, we may be limited in our ability to find data about a specific person. To make a request, contact us at support@innovationbox.com.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through our Services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International data transfers

Information may be processed by service providers outside your country, including in the United States. By using our Services, you acknowledge these transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page or in our apps, and we will update the date at the top. Please check back now and then.
